1950’s inspired light and bright Manly beach house
This beach house in Manly was inspired by the 1950’s era, to fit in with the existing neighbourhood architecture. Designed by Sanctum Design, the fresh and light-filled aesthetic works well in the beach side location. The living areas have a beautiful balance of warm and coastal colour and interest. Aquamarine tones have been used to great effect in the lighting and soft furnishings, tying back to the palette of the pool and sky. Blonde timber accents have been used in the flooring and furnishings, softening the cool white palette of the home. Iconic panton chairs are used indoors and outdoors, giving the place a real beach holiday vibe.
