Made in Spain: a super cool pre-fab house

There is a real movement towards small multipurpose sustainable homes and I just love it! This super cool pre-fab in Spain is an excellent example of the trend that was trucked in and assembled in just a day (after 4-6 weeks manufacturing). Designed by Spanish architecture studio ÁBATON the pre-fab incorporates with just 27sqm an open plan living area, master bedroom and full bathroom.

Although the sheep must have wondered what the heck was happening when the truck turned up, the house does blend beautifully into the rural surrounds with its muted grey palette of fibre cement cladding and lots of openings to the warm interiors paneled in Spanish Fir Tree.
