Itty bitty prefab

This itty bitty pre-fab home combines the sustainable features of a small home with off-site construction. Designed by Minimod as an ‘innovative, intelligent and sustainable alternative for a dwelling” plenty of flexibility is available in the form of multiple configurations, customisation and choice of finishes.

Made from a steel frame the MINIMOD can be taken whole to site by truck or disassembled into smaller pieces and re-assembled on site.

What I love is that the beauty and sustainability of the minimod system can be incorporated into use as many different structures according to the owners desires, from artists studio to weekend retreat.
